Obtained from a medium sized bird called quail from the pheasant family, quail eggs have been found to be a lot healthier than chicken eggs, and with reason. They offer a number of health benefits that chicken do not, they have a high nutritional value too; not to mention the fact that they are considered an exotic food world over. These eggs are rich sources of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins, and give us a lot of nutrition than do other foods.
